Mαri Pili Sαngiovαnni is the wife of Kansas City Royals pitcher, Yordano Ventura. The Dominican pitcher who sadly passed away at the age of 25 in a car crash in the Dominican Republic on Sunday, January 22, 2017. He left behind his mother Marisol; wife Mαri Pili Sαngiovαnni and three children.

Yordano “Ace” Ventura Hernandez was born on June 3, 1991, in Samana, Dominican Republic. Ventura signed with the Kansas City Royals as an international free agent in 2008.

Eventually, invited to spring training in 2013. The Royals subsequently, promoted Ventura to the major leagues, where he made his debut on September 17, 2013; following the Storm Chasers’ victory in the PCL championship series.

Furthermore, Ace helped the Royals win the 2015 World Series.

Yordano Ventura was married to his beautiful wife Mαri Pili Sαngiovαnni, for whom he was incredibly thankful for. Mari Pili also from the Dominican Republic is the mother of his three children; daughter Maria Jose and their twins.

Price has been dating his stunning girlfriend, Tiffany Nicole Smith for a long time.

Nerys Valdez Rosario

Nerys Valdez Rosario is the proud mother of MLB player, Amed Rosario, her son who currently plays with the New York Mets is the guy everyone is talking about.

Amed Rosario is one of four children born to mother, Nerys Valdez Rosario and father, Germán Abad Rosario.

Nerys Valdez Rosario and her husband, welcomed their son, German Amed Valdez Rosario on November 20, 1995. Nerys Valdez Rosario and her hubby are also the parents to Amed’s three sisters, Yanitza, Zulima and Aniana Rosario.

Nerys’ boy was signed with the New York Mets at age 17, as an international free agent in July 2012. With a $1.75 million, Amed was the largest international signing bonus given by the Mets.

Amed made his professional debut in 2013 with the Kingsport Mets, the following season he played whit he Brooklyn Cyclones and later with the Savannah Sand Gnats.

In mid 2016, he was promoted to the Binghamton Mets and was called to the 2016 MLB All Star Futures Game.

He made the Mets 40-man roster following the 2016 season.

Nerys son, is widely considered by experts, the shortstop of the future.

Last year, Rosario hit .324 in 120 games between high Class A St. Lucie and Double-A Binghamton. He slugged a career-high .459, a reflection of his speed and developing power. He finished with 24 doubles, 13 triples and five homers.

Nerys Valdez Rosario could probably not be any happier with the direction of her son’s career.

Nerys’ oldest daughters Zulima and Yanitza are both lawyers. Zulima is also a mother herself, she has two small children; one boy and one girl.

Aniana Rosario, the youngest of the four siblings, is currently a college student in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Both of Amed’s parents have college degrees. Accoridng to the NY Times, Amed revealed education is something very important for his family. His dad, Germán Abad Rosario, was a criminal lawyer in the Dominican Republic and later a judge. Nerys Valdez Rosario worked as a business administrator. She studied public administration at Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo.

Like most professional athletes, parents, play a key role during the early years of their development and Amed, isn’t the exception. Nerys Valdez Rosario was in charge of checking his homework daily; while his father trained him on the field.

Sonia Rodriguez

Sonia Rodriguez is the long time wife of former MLB slugger, Sammy Sosa. The pair have been married for decades, Sonia became the athletes second wife in 1992.

Sonia’s hubby is well known for his time with the Chicago Cubs. Sosa was born November 12, 1968, in San Pedro de Marcoris, Dominican Republic.

Sosa went to the United States in 1986 to play baseball for a minor league team in Florida. Nearly three years later, he made his major league debut with the Texas Rangers. A few week later he was traded to the Chicago White Sox. He hit 15 home runs in his first full season with the team.

He arrived to the Chicago Cubs in 1992 but it was in 1998 that he beat Roger Maris’ record of 61 home runs in a single seasons, to end with a total of 66 runs. That same year Sosa was selected as the National League Most Valuable Player (MVP).

Sosa would spend the peak years of his career with the Chicago Cubs. The former MLB star hit 609 career home runs and became the first player in league history to top 60 home runs in three separate seasons.

The longtime Chicago Cub began having problems in 2003, after testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs. Sosa played for the Texas Rangers in 2007, his last professional season.

Despite his once legendary career, Sosa garnered just 8.6 percent of Hall of Fame votes in January –mostly due to his inability to admit any guilt for PED use.

Michelle Marie Thompson 

Meet Michelle Marie Thompson; the Colorado woman accused of stalking former NFL player now MLB player Tim Tebow in  Port St. Lucie last month.

According to reports 36-year-old Michelle Marie Thompson (b. July 22, 1980) from Armada, Colorado; claimed she had a romantic and matrimonial relationship with Tebow when she arrived at the First Data Field spring training complex where the New York Mets were training.

The officer who responded to the call about a female parked in the parking lot found something interesting in Ms. Thompson’s driver’s license.

“I turned it over to look at the DL Class, and noticed a small sticker on the back which read “I (Heart Symbol) Jesus/Tim Tebow.” When asked why she was at the sports complex, she said that she was there to see Tim Tebow,” the report reads.

“When the responding officer asked Thompson if she and Tebow were in a “friendly relationship, a platonic relationship, a romantic relationship or possibly a matrimonial relationship,” Thompson responded, “All of the above.”

On February 26th Michelle Thompson received a trespassing warning by Port St. Lucie police; she ignored it and returned to the sports complex two days later.

“Michelle drove right past security in a blue, 4-door,  2001 Chevy Malibu. She walked towards the Mets Training Field,” a PSL Police supplemental report reads. “I placed Michelle (sic) under arrest for trespassing.”

In addition to her recent arrest, Michelle Marie Thompson has a previously arrest, without conviction in Colorado for indecent exposure.

Kayla’s grandparents Jack and Betty Miller were who talked to her about Jesus, and who got her and Joe involved in baseball, oh yeah Mrs. Fortanato was a talented pitcher at Riverside High School and all the way through college.

She attended at North Carolina State University before transferring to the University of Tampa, from where she graduated with a bachelor of arts in 2014.

Both her half siblings passed away; Nichole died in car accident while drunk; Chris from an overdose; on top of that her mom got diagnosed with liver cancer

Joe who is also a gifted pitcher ended up in a pretty bad shape after Chris’ death; he started drinking and doing drugs; eventually dropped out of high school. Luckily, he got sober and found his way back to God.

As for the beautiful Kayla became engaged to her longtime boyfriend Eric, who popped the question in December 2014 on a St. Petersburgh Beach. The lovely couple tied the knot the following year.

Meet Christina Sanchez, she could describe herself as a mother, daughter, sister, singer and model, but she also happens to be the baby mama of MLB player Jose Reyes, the Dominican infielder for the New York Mets who according to Christina, Jose demanded she kept her daughter’s existence a secret to the world.

The story of Christina and Jose Reyes started between 2006 and 2007 and ended when she told him she was pregnant. Ms. Sanchez said Reyes screamed and demanded her to keep the child a secret from the world.

According to her attorney.

“José was seeing Christina for two years, then she read in the New York Post [in 2008] that he got married to Katherine. A month later, Christina found out she was pregnant, and he screamed and demanded she keep the child a secret.”

Christina gave birth to her daughter Liyah, not long after he married his wife Katherine. Her birth was a secret, but she and little Liyah kept in touch with Jose Reyes. That ceased when Katherine found out of their existence in 2015.

Christina didn’t hesitate to blast him on Twitter and then the world knew the whole thing.

 “You’re a worthless piece of s – – t father to our child . . . Liyah just asked about you again & I had to explain to her that it’s a cruel world we live in. You are a cruel man !!!” Gildin said, “All Christina wants is for José to be a dad to their daughter. She has been pleading with José to be in touch. The child misses her father. She can only see him by watching him play baseball on TV.”

Maria Arias

Maria Arias is the mourning and pregnant girlfriend of late MLB star, Jose Fernandez. The 24-year-old is currently going what we imagine must be the most difficult time of her life.

She surfaced for the first time yesterday, as she was pictured joining Jose’s Miami Marlins teammates and family for an emotional memorial service.

Following Jose’s tragic death in a boating accident on Sept. 25, it was first reported his expectant girlfriend was, Carla Mendoza. However, the former Marlins Cheerleader took to social media and denied reports by writing in an Instagram post

“My heart goes out to Maria, as she is expecting his child,”

Mendoza and Jose dated for over three years and got engaged at one point. Reports say Jose broke off their engagement in April and soon after began a relationship with Maria Arias –a former college psychology major.

The beautiful brunette is due next February, meaning she got pregnant in May, just weeks after they began dating. She is expecting a baby girl.

Jose, who posted the picture above just days before his death, captioned the photo:

I’m so glad you came into my life. I’m ready for where this journey is gonna take us together. #familyfirst

Maria Arias is the daughter of Orlando A. Sanfiel and Maria Lauzardo. Her parents also hail from Cuba. Maria deleted her Facebook profile, for obvious reasons but we were able to find some photos on her father’s profile. Maria Arias also has one sister, Jesie.

It’s clear Jose was close to Maria’s family. He even spent the holidays with them.

He is also in photos in Arias’ father back in August. Maria and Jose were celebrating after a gender reveal cake informed them they were having a girl.

Maria’s father is an A/C technician. He lived in Havana, Cuba from 1974 to 1988. Her family is currently residing in Miami, FL.

Arias was wearing a black outfit for the memorial. Her baby bump clearly in display. She looked solemn and kept strong while gathering with Jose’s Miami Marlins teammates, who wore white shirts that read ‘RIP.’

Close sources to Maria told media, she and Jose live together in his Miami apartment, and that he was over the moon about having a baby girl with Maria.

UPDATE!

In March 2017, according to Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s toxicology report found that Jose Fernandez’s blood alcohol level was .147 and there was “noted presence of cocaine. Jose, and his two friends Eduardo Rivero and Emilio Macias died at the scene due to blunt force impact and drowning.

She graduated from the Sacred Heart University of Puerto Rico,  with a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications. Viviana, an actress, and model put her name on the map when she became Miss Universe Puerto Rico in 2011; subsequently, represented Puerto Rico at the Miss Universe pageant in Brazil that year, finishing in the top 16.

Viviana and Barea started dating in the summer of 2013. She gave birth to their first child; daughter Paulina Barca Ortiz on March 31, 2016.

Amanda Vogle

Amanda Vogle is the lovely and supportive girlfriend of professional baseball pitcher, Seth Lugo. Her man is currently a player with the New York Mets.

Her man was born Jacob Seth Lugo on November 17, 1989 in Louisiana. Lugo had an undistinguished college career. He was Centenary’s No. 2 starter until his final season, and his E.R.A. was at least 4.75 each year. He stayed for his junior year in 2011 even as Centenary’s roster suffered defections while the program began a transition from Division I to Division III.

He ended up being the 1,032nd pick in the 2011 draft and made his major league debut in 2016.

Prior to his MLB debut, MLB.com rated him the 22nd-best prospect in the Mets’ minor league system. He missed the entire 2012 season because of a back injury. He owned an unremarkable fastball, normally clocked around 90 miles per hour. He had a 6.55 earned run average, mostly as a starter, at hitter-friendly Las Vegas this season.

Since then he was 5-2 with a 2.67 ERA in 17 appearances for the Mets last season. He has pitched to a 2-0 record with a 2.45 ERA in two starts.

Amanda’s MLB stud has certainly blossomed in the Mets organization in recent years. In 2012 he was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis, a condition in which vertebrae slip out of place.

He said an operation to repair the damaged disk lasted 10 hours and involved bone grafts from his hip and having a small metal cage and screws inserted into his back. He missed the season and was bedridden for three months and returned in 2013.

Amanda Vogle is a lovely blonde and a Bossier City native. Not many details are known about her but apparently she is one of those MLB wags that just puts everything else on hold to be with her man.

Like the time the two were having a meal in Las Vegas and they had to rush to catch a flight because Lugo had received a call to make his MLB debut.

Accoridng to social media, Amanda Vogle attended Louisiana State University in Shreveport, Louisiana. She studied Cellular & Molecular Biology from 2011 until 2014.

She has held a number of jobs, most including her hostess and bartending skills.

She and Seth have been in a relationship since September 2014.

Sabria Stroman

Sabria Stroman is the pretty sister of MLB player, Marcus Stroman –her brother is currently a player with the Toronto Blue Jays.

Sabria must be feeling pretty proud about her brother, who recently took a no-hitter into the seventh and led the United States to an 8-0 victory over previously undefeated Puerto Rico to clinch its first WBC championship. The Blue Jays righty allowed one hit and one walk in six innings of work.

But before he became the man of the moment, Marcus attended Patchogue-Medford High School in Medford, New York. He was drafted right our of high school in the 18th round of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft (532nd overall) by the Washington Nationals, but did not sign.

He played college baseball at Duke University where he was a position player, making 97 appearances, mostly at second base and shortstop. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sociology in 2016.

He was drafted again in 2012 by the Jays 22nd overall. After starting his professional career with the Low-A Vancouver Canadians, the Blue Jays promoted Stroman to the Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats on August 2012.

Stroman was called up to the Blue Jays on May 3, 2014, after Brandon Morrow was transferred to the 60-day disabled list.

Sabria Stroman is Marcus’ older half sister. She was born to Afro-Puerto Rican descent mother, Adlin Auffant and her first husband, Elias Adelin Santos.

Her mother divorced and was re-married to second hubby, a NY police detective named Earl Stroman –with whom she had two sons, including Marcus. Sabria’s other brother is Jayden Stroman.

Let’s focus on her for a bit, Sabria Stroman is a career woman. She happens to be a is a Speech Language Therapist based in New York. Her medical specialization is Speech-language Pathologist. She practices in Medford, New York.

She is also a married lady. Sabria Stroman and Adam Abdat tied the knot in 2015.

Sabria Stroman who is also known as Sabria Santos is super close to her mother and siblings. She is very active on social media and has shared tons of photos of her with her lovely mother, friends and other family members.

Nicole Banks is the lovely girlfriend of professional baseball player, Yoan Moncada. Nicole must be super excited as her MLB stud gets close to make his major league debut.

Nicole’s MLB beau is a Cuban professional baseball second baseman for the Chicago White Sox of Major League Baseball. Moncada left Cuba in June 2014 with permission of the Cuban government to pursue a career in Major League Baseball (MLB).

He previously played with the Boston Red Sox before being traded to the White Sox last December. His girlfriend and baby mama Nicole Banks has been key in his career. Read more about her below.

During an interview, she acknowledged that she has helped other Cuban players in the past and has traveled to Cuba, but insisted she was not involved in Moncada’s case.

Bianca Rivas is the wife of MLB player Jeurys Familia, the closer pitcher with the New York Mets who was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, and whose dream wanted to be a professional basketball player.

Bianca Rivas’s MLB stud born on October 10, 1989, in San Cristobal, Dominican Republic. His mom worked at a small boutique in Yaguate, and his dad had two jobs, one at a gas station and the other in the Dominican Military. Jeurys started playing baseball until he was older. Familia signed a deal with the Mets as a non-drafted free agent in July 2007.

From 2008 to 2012, he played with teams in the minor league; it was until September 4, 2012, that the big day came and Jeurys made his MLB debut with the Mets at Busch Stadium against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Carrie O’Neill is the gorgeous blonde who is currently dating MLB player, Stephen Piscotty –a left fielder for the St. Louis Cardinals.

Carrie’s MLB stud had a good year in 2015, after he made his major league debut that July and was also the Cardinals’ organization Player of the Year that season. Stephen Edward Piscotty was born January 14, 1991.

Psicotty is one of three sons born to Michael and Gretchen Piscotty. His brothers are Austin and Nicholas. He was originally drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 45th round of the 2009 MLB Draft but he chose not to sign at that time. Instead Stephen enrolled at Stanford –where he earned All-Pacific-10 Conference first team and majored in atmospheric and energy engineering.

He was drafted in 2012 as the Cardinals’ first round selection. As a rookie in 2015, Piscotty strung together a .305 batting average with 7 home runs and 39 RBI to accompany his .359 on-base percentage.

After making 63 regular-season appearances as a rookie in 2015, Piscotty then made another 153 regular-season appearances in 2016.

Carrie’s beau has certainly continued to shine and recently reached an agreement on a long-term extension that will guarantee him over $30 million.
